how do you get the best of both worlds with a procharger? its just a regular supercharger like vortech or paxton

For what you want to spend Vortech or Paxton kits are going to be your best bet. Everything else will be out of your budget.

Oh yeah, and stay away from Powerdyne.

lol, everyone wanna jump on me and ****.

i mean for a everyday car, a procharger is the best choice. in my opinion.

builds power quick, and has great top end, price's are good, etc.

prices on those units are soooo much more then vortech or paxton! lol, i got paxton (havnt gotten it running yet) but the quality of the product is pretty damn good, and for only $3500, compared to prochargers prices whci hare considerably more

Buy a second hand Vortech kit..bolt on and call it a day...your current gears are a bit steep for forced induction....def way to steep for a turbo setup....I say in your case go with s-trim you'll be happy for a while....

gears arnt to steep for a supercharger.... I agree with you on the fact that they are to steep for a turbo tho. I am using 4.30's for my car just to make it get up and go!
look in (i believe it was 5.0 and superfords) at their project T coupe, they used a novi 2000, 4.30 gears, and soo on. The engine was producing north of 700.... no such thing as too much gear
