Default 82 Merc Capri

Hey Guys, sorry about repost. I tried to move it and yeah didnt exactly work. Wanted to get your .02 about these cars? I recently came across one for sale that was a 3.3 v6. Guy started to do a v8 swap. Just did the K member and pedal assemb. for 5 speed swap. I wanted to pick up the car and get a donor vehicle like 90+ fox and swap everything over....I'm hoping will be direct swap? Just dont know about the dash harness? Im guessing I can leave that orig? Not sure how or if everything will work. I think this would be only "hard" part. These cars grew on me....the rareness and wide body make it super cool in itself. Any input would be appreciated....Thanks All.

82 will be carbed vs 90's FI.....AND YOU'LL NEED TO SWAP OVER FUEL LINES AND INSIDE THE CAR HARNESS ALSO AS depending on the year 90's you but the FP relay was under the seat and a carbed car doesn't use a fp relay for obvious reasons... this is just one of the issues that'll need to be addressed

LOL yeah the car is cool....Im not to fond of the bubble hatch. They are def. unique. About the swap it was 6cyl AT....guy started swap. Did the pedal assemb. and the K member. I think its going to be a lot of work...its easiest to buy a donor vehicle so I have "everything" Yup its a pain just trying to decide if its worth the work....gas tank fuel lines all the bs crap from the donor car, wiring as stated. Would be cool....but.
