Default Little help please

How do i go about getting the parking brake cable off of the parking brake handle? It's the only thing keeping the handle in the car right now.

Anyone use Maximum motorsports clutch quadrant and cable adjuster with stock cable? How well does the adjuster stay in position? It seems loose enough to turn from the car's vibrations. It doesn't seem as good as steeda's which has the ball and grooves that hold the adjuster in position, maybe I should have bought that one.

What kind of 80w90 oil should I be using the differential? Lucas or valvoline? synthetic or non? I've already got the friction modifier.

I pulled my cable off of my E-brake, just don't remember how I did it. I'm quite sure it involved a pair of angry dykes though.

It doesn't look too hard to get out, I could cut it since I'm not reusing it but that's no fun.

I'm considering it, the only thing stopping me is I would rather learn how to remove it without damaging it, in case I need to remove my new one for some reason in the future.

But other than that, should my differential oil be synthetic or non?
