Default MIG welder?

Ok I found a 90 amp MIG welder on craigslist for 150 bucks.

The piece of fender between the back of my wheel wells and the rear bumper is completely rusted/rotted out. there's almost nothing there. I don't know too much about welding, the only welding exp. I have is with oxy-setaline rigs, and I dont want to try to use that. I have a buddy who uses MIG and stick welding machines. You think that a 90 amp MIG welder is sufficient for the job? The reason I ask is cause the body shop is going to charge me an arm and a leg to repair those spots when I get it painted next week so if I can do it myself and spend $150 and then I have a MIG welder as well.

Go for it. My rust bucket had lots of spots. Now, I just need to get a paint job.

practice on scrap metal and drag the weld like your stacking pennies in a line overlaping them......that's what it should look like kinda when it's done
