Default high idle problem

i have a 88 gt with a cam speedpro pistons supercharger and some other things here and there, i cant get my idle to be any less then 1200 or 1100rpms. also when i rev it or take it out of gear it stays at a high idle and slowly comes back down to the 1100rpm...any ideas on how to fix this? i adjust the distributor but the idle just flattens itself out to the 12-1100rpm range after a few seconds.

check tps voltage and then set base idle IAC disconnected when doing so.

it could be idling high because it thinks it has to. is there a check engine light on? has it always done this? mine did it one time and cleaning the air idle valve fixed it.
