Default In need of a little HELP

I have a 91' 5.0, and I just bought it from my uncle it had been sitting for about 2 years. I drove it to my friends house and when I went to go start it back up it would start but then die after about 20 seconds. does anybody know what it could be? I changed the full filter , and I know the fuel pump is working.

do a full tune up, then have alternator and battery tested for free at an autozone or advance auto
