Default High RPM when Stopped

I have a 91 5.0 Convertible; the RPM runs high at 2 when i am stopped at a light or stop sign. The car runs good when i first turn it on and runs between 1 and 1.5, but after a couple of miles then it starts doing the high rpms. I changed the spark plugs and cap and rotor, but didn't do the wires. Can someone please tell me what else it can be?

Default

run a KOEO/KOER test to make sure your not pulling codes, check to make sure your TPS is within the right voltage, clean your MAF, reset base idle...

(I had a problem where the car wouldnt maintain idle.... turns out the TPS died)
