Thanks for the comments guys. Well im just waiting for some foam to come because I had to get it online, but I had the stuff to do my armrests so I figured I would give making one of those a shot.
I made this for the base.

The I used chipboard to give it the shape I was looking for.

Then I did some sanding and added foam, I haven't decided if I am going to cover it in fabric or leather yet though.

Well i have ben sick the last few days and I haven't gotten much done but I did get the headliner done.
Heres a before picture so you can see what I started with.

And here's the headliner, I know there are some pretty bad creases in it, but I fixed those, just didn't have batteries in my camera. haha

Hey guys I haven't updated in a while. I have been busy but spring break starts tommorrow so I hope to finish it up over break. I got the headliner put in though.

Thanks man, yeah im planning on painting the car a charcoal gray this summer. I have a friend that works at a body shop and he's going to help me get the prep work done. I want to carry the racing stripes to the exterior but I don't want to do a red stripe. What do you think of a gray car with ghost black or silver stripes?

I got the door panels started and finished the arm rests. The GT and the stripe will be red and the dorr panel the gray that the pieces are laying on.


The camera made the armrests look weird. They are a darker grey and not shiny
