Hey guys,
Amazing thing happened yesterday! got home from horrible and long day at work and who was there to cheer me up???>>> A Ford Racing package! lol ya baby!

anyways,
Got my aluminum driveshaft and I was wonderin.... is there anything I need for install???
I was assuming loktight any other things that would help?

12mm 12 point socket/wrench for the driveshaft bolts.

I use the Blue Locktight...everthing else ^^^^ ...also, I'd jack up from the back (with jack stands) so no tranny fluid leaks out!

I've been buying parts for nearly 50 years. I still get excited over a new box of parts. Still car crazy after all these years

I'm actually about to install one my self. All that's involved is 4 12mm bolts right? You don't have to do anything else?

Pretty much but a, they can be lil bastards to get out sometimes!!!

I always seem to bust a knuckle or smash a finger/thumb on my first bolt under there. Don't ask me why or how, but it always seems to happen.

put some kind of thread locker on the bolts

when i first got my car i dont know why but that damn driveshaft would almost unbolt itself. ever since i put some antiseize on the bolts, all has been well.

????? i think you meant you put thread locker on, antiseize keeps it from seizing lol not keeps it tight
