Easy out?
Take a very sharp center punch and center it up on the broken bolt and give it a good smack with a small hammer so it will dimple the broken bolt. Then get a small drill bit (1/8) and then drill straight down the center of the bolt. Then keep moving up one size at the time until you start hitting aluminum. The most times you can use a pick to get the rest out or retap the hole. It normally take me about 30 minutes to do an extraction like that.
Just my $.02
Another option is, if there is anything of the bolt showing, drop a nut over top of it and weld the nut to the bolt, It will back out with ease with that much intense heat. I have done it many of times.
