Easy out?

i agree with using a punch then drilling down the middle with the 1/8 bit.....after that use an ez out .I deal with alot of broken bolts on machinery i work with on the job. Start with a small bit and work your way up.Dont use a torch your just asking for trouble.

Another option is, if there is anything of the bolt showing, drop a nut over top of it and weld the nut to the bolt, It will back out with ease with that much intense heat. I have done it many of times.
