Default jack stand placement?

I was thinking about getting some jackstands so i can work under the car, but i was wondering where the placement of the 2 stands should be put. Under the driver and passenger door? its a 1990 mustang gt

I put the front one under the lower control arms and the rear one under the rear end. Also DO NOT jack the car up by the pinch weld. Jack it up using the front K-member and the rear differential.

Look under the car and you will see a rail about 3 inches wide on each side of the car about 8-10 inches in from the body seam. Place the jack stands under that rail

+1 on the frame and torque boxes. Had my car up by the frame and torque boxes this winter.
