Definately pass, there are plenty of these cars around and that one looks like it could be quite the project. I got my car 3 years ago, it's been my dd the whole time, and i haven't regretted it since.

looks rough, before buying a ride, always have it run through your state inspection if you have such and see what it fails for, and that'll give you an idea what your in for

Cost of a Mustang Project? Hmmmmmmmmm.... I am quite sure I am over $13K in mine, but I built it from the ground up. You can definitely buy one way cheaper already finished versus building one.

Well, if I would of saved $14K and purchased a car out right. I would of ended up with alot more car for the same money. I have seen some super nice cars that can be had for alot less money than it cost to build them. I mean, do you know what kind of car you can purchase for that kind of money, cash in hand? Go do some shopping around and then come back and see me. You will see where the fun is at then.

Bought mine for 8 and have since put another 15 into it without touching the motor... expensive hobby. Looking back, 23 could buy me a hellofa car. But then I'd just have another cookie cutter and where's the fun in that.

A $23K dollar cookie cutter would buy me one hella cookie and I would be much proud to own/drive it.

I know, but I have a '04 corolla and that's my daily driver. My mustang is my baby and my project. It's something I plan on having for the rest of my life and I want to make sure everything is done right the first time. These projects never end; just ask mjr46, but eventually when everything starts coming together I'll have a one of a kind car. One built by me, with my blood sweat and beers. And I'll appreciate that and enjoy it 100x's more then a cookie cutter.

I built mine, just cause I'm to broke to go out and buy one finished. So alot of things are "my way" and not necessarily the right way, but it all works out in the end. I do enjoy my car, and I enjoy the look on alot of peoples faces when they ask who did this and I reply that I did. I know all to well about never ending projects, trust me. What ends up being changed for something else to something breaking. It happens and is just part of owning these caliber of cars.
