As you can probably tell be the picture I have a bit of a leak. A lot of the liquid you see is power steering fluid and I already got that fixed. But now I have an oil leak because I am having to top off the oil every other week. I beleive I have a leak where the red circle is. I'm very new to cars and was wondering how I fix it? do I need a whole new Length of tube?

that hose doesn't have any oil in it, it is a p/s steering line

thats a high pressure power steering line.you have to buy the whole line.their only 25 dollars.

I bet the clamp has rubbed a small hole in the line...have it replaced ASAP

replace the pressure line for the PS

so do you have to top off the oil every other week or the power steering fluid?

well I didn't realize it was the power steering fluid until a few days ago and so i topped that off, and I can turn! haha, but I also have to top off the oil every 2 weeks or so. My car isn't putting out any smoke or anything so I don't think im burning oil. I can't seem to find the leak though.

just because you don't see any blue smoke doesn't mean that you don't burn any oil it could be so minimal that you really can't see any smoke cause you said you have to fill it up every 2 weeks right.If your car is not a dd then park it somewhere for a coupla days just to see if you can find any oil leaks

Ok thanks thats what I was plannin on doing, it is my dd though so I haven't had a chance. I have strep throat right now so im stuck at home lol.
