Looks good, at least you did it right the first time and didn't screw up the bends!

That's what a little measuring gets you!

Here's some progress I made today.
That other cooler on the radiator will be for power steering.

The fan's motor is like an inch and a half from the water pump pulley!

Default Update

Here' s a little update on my big build...

I got the radiator mounted in for good after waiting for the right lower hose to get here. It was actually cheaper from Ford than the parts store. I was also waiting for -6 AN to 3/8" barb hose to get here so I could hook up the power steering cooler.

Lame stock cooling...

If you're wondering why I have five of those tie straps, it's because I had to move one for the cooler so the fan could sit flat on the radiator and the odd ball one is holding the bottom part of the fan as well.

Now, I'm just waiting for an overflow tank from Summit that will be here tomorrow, battery cables (since mine were pretty wore out), and then I can start wiring the fan up.

It's a Northern brand radiator.

I got it all wrapped up today. The fan control I got from OK Auto was pretty cheap. They could have given me about a foot more wire for the temp probe because it's only reaching to the right half of the radiator and I have to set it real low to maintain engine temp. I'm either going to extend the wires or go with a completely different sensor. Not to mention I broke the stops for the tiny adjustment on it...meh...

I also had to make a a little bracket for the overflow tank.
