Fabrication!
Hey guys.
I'm currently in the process of installing an aluminum radiator and Taurus fan in my car. I thought I could've used the stock brackets but that was out of the question, couldn't even modify them.
I was browsing for brackets and after seeing them, I was like, "That's it?". I had a sheet of aluminum and decided to go to town. I was going to take the sheet to a place with a break to do the bends but then decided to give it a go my self with a little H & D work.

I'll keep the progress posted with the fan, etc...

Thanks guys! Yeah, that would be the beer pong table! And those are Wurth girl calendars! (For those of you that may know the company) My garage is tucked uner the house and the basement is just a doorway away, it makes for a nice work area when needed. The edge of the table made the corners.
The pictures make it looks a bit better; yo udon't see all the hammer marks. But I rounded the edgles a bit then took a red scuff pad to it to give it a nice satin look to it to keep it from being bling and it matches the texture of the radiator.

Btw, there's a lot more involved than i thought when going with an oversized aluminum radiator. I need to come up with an overflow tank since there's no way to use the stocker. Mounting up the fan has been interesting. There's maybe an inch and a half of clearance between the fan motor and water pump pulley.
Once it's done it'll be nice, though, and I'll probably have $350 or so wrapped up into it all together.
