altinator swap

altinator swap

i just recived a 130 amp alt i bought to go along with my electic fan swap

looks like it was quickly cut out of a car

can i just gring down the bracket and plug this sucker in or will i have to get new wires?

note - car is 87 lx 5.0 Aod

WHAT BRAND ALT IS IT??...STOCK, aftermarket??? it may be a stock 3g alt and you have to perform some wire harness mods if that is the case

I got a 130 amp stock 3 G alt too. Read that PA makes part 9902 wire
harness. Yes, I know that you can buy the same stuff individually cheaper.
Anyone out there used the 9902 and what were your thoughts?
