Thats what seems to be the best idea. Im gonna pick up the dash and harnesses and switches then get me a Chiltons and have at the wires. Should be a fun little job but worth every second of my time.

yea lol that's one reason I miss my 97.I remember liftin up the center console and having that hidden cup holder

 

no more checker $3 special cup holders that clip on the window. I dont know about the springs, it all depends on their height and spring rate compared to stockers.

you want this look O_o ? throw some 4 cyl front springs in it call it a day!! lol.. or you could cut the springs a bit and reinstall the old ones, theres a good writeup floating around here somewhere.

I cant find the friggin article, I hate the search tool, I feel like a 1st grader with a hooker when using that thing, it doesnt work!!! You type in "spring install" and it brings up everything with spring and install in the 5.0 section... DAMN!! Ooo wait maybe I saw it in the 4 cyl section... be right back
