no luck, I seriously cant remember where I saw it, but you uninstall the spring and then where the end of the spring is you cut it at that exact spot just one coil up from the end so you only take one full coil off the spring then reinstall and it is supposed to give you that raked look. I know that explanation sucks and I would draw a pic for you but it would look like a retarded cat drew it, lol!!

thats good, thats what I heard is the cheap way of dropping the front end a little. But from what I have been told it changes the spring rate or the way it handles or some **** like that. I dunno, suspension is a mystery to me. I try to read as much about it as possible and its like ancient Egyptian.

I hear ya on that. I am actually totally vehicullarly inclined. Thats why I bought my 84 so I could learn all this stuff and do everything (minus painting) myself no matter how long it takes. I know enough to get around a car but I want to know the little things about my ride.

yea I understand I've been working on my own car's since I was 14 but pretty much the only thing I've done to them is perfomance wise but I went to school for a year learning about collision repair
