i used to have a 98 cobra, thing only had cat back, and suspension and was pretty quick..... but then i realized it was easier and cheaper to mod the fox so i sold the cobra for parts

yeah for the money tho i figured leave the fox stock rather then making it as fast or close to as fast as a cobra. it would of been almost 4k to for an hci. so i figured the cobra was a good deal

With just full exhaust and UDP's I don't know if the car is making 300rwhp. With an intake and tune it will be for sure. These cars usually make 260rwhp stock.

there rated 305 from the factory so i would say probably around 280+ for him.... (depending on loss from drive line)
man my mustang with just gears, tire, small cam, suspension and a few other things wiped the cobra a$$, but the good news is with a turbo or s/c those things are freaken NUTSSSSSSSSSSS your looking at 500 with just a vortech v-2

That Cobra is sweet Rinchesta. I got to ride in one several months ago. It was not faster than my 5.0 prior to the Vortech, but boy did it sound nice. I would love to have a Cobra. Congrats on the buy!! BTW: my cousin used to have a black 97 Cobra. He ported the heads, bolted up a Tremec 6-speed, 3.73's + all the boltons and ran a 12.7. So they can run hard. He made 298rwhp(or right around there).
