Some new pics of my 2 5.0s up with new cobra r's!
Some of you may remember a video, as well as some pics of my newest 5.0. It came with UGLY centerline race rims with tires that were starting to dry rot cause the guy i bought it from NEVER drove it. Anyways, got these from OE Wheels for $840 shipped, mounted an balanced, 17x9 Cobra R with 245/45/17 tires. They made a huge difference on the car...they came with center caps as well, i just havent put them on. ALSO.. a 2" drop is in the works as well, far too much wheel gap as it sits now 
The vert as 16" cobra r's stock suspenion. Check out the before and afters on THAT one, I did everything, paint, sanding, interior, so it was pretty cheap. Paid $100 for the car, drivetrain was FLAWLESS.

Now here is my 88 Vert, before and afters. like I said.. 16" Cobra R, 245/45/16 (also from OE Wheels), stock suspenion. Paid $100 for the car, I did all the work. Drivetrain was ppeerrffeecttt even after the car sat for 9 years with a hole in the top!

haha thanks guys...
more than just having a nice vert 5.0, it was so much fun taking a car that really NOONE thought would ever turn into something that is STREETABLE, much less a car that looks good too. Entire thing took me about a summer to complete, working on it when time was available. It was my first time painting a car, so that took the longest of everything.
My newest toy, the 88 5.0 hatch was a car I picked up for 2k...78k miles, e303 cam, mild engine mods, etc...so it's gonna be fun to work on this summer when Ill finally be done with grad school for good.
