Hey guys,
I need a shifter cable... I put a b&m hammer shifter in and the stock cable is to worn...

I went on the b&m site and they have a bunch of cables! basically, which one do i need?? like size and everything???

Oh and another quick question regarding my engine - just broke it in and was gunna do the whole oil change, filter cut... etc.

I was wondering what spark plugs, oil, and oil filter you guys suggest with a stroker.... still has the e7's and stock intake

 

autolite 25's , fl-1a filter and 10w 30 oil, I run amsoils high performance line of synthetic but if you choose to run a synthetic, penzoil's synthetic is my second choice

 

your hammer shifter didnt come with a new cable? my buddy bought a B&M star shifter and his came with new cable and brackets to hook it up to a few different type of transmissions.
