So most of you have criticized instead of put out different ideas. So here's an idea, since Im looking for suggestions on how to increase horsepower and keep it legal, how bout giving productive input. If what I want is out of reach that is fine, but Id still like to gain some more power and have a fun car. So how bout telling me what could be possible.

in my very first post in his thread.... i asked what you had to spend. I can sit here and tell you how to spend $20k on a setup... OR you can tell us what you can afford, and we can tell you what to get.

so before you get snotty, maybe you should do things the way we have asked you...

or you can just leave and go ask someone else on another forum

^^^^^^ dont pi$$ him off haha. he knows what he's talking about and he'll help you out.
are you looking to DD the car, track only, or a mix of both? Budget? we need this info. other than i want X power.
the game here isnt JUST power, it's about matching your budget with what you're wanting to do with your car. i have a decently built up motor and i want more so i'm putting gears in. gears are cheap and give you a ton of bang for your buck

Im really not worried about pissing people off. Im new to the V-8 world. Ive dealt with 4 bangers and now decided to try something new. It wasnt a problem with passing emissions with a computer run cavalier but now I have to take that into consideration with this mustang. My budget isnt huge, Im iin the military so mr addermk2 knows Im not getting too much extra money. Im doing a budget build if that helps. This car is my daily driver for now. If I can find ways to increase horsepower without sacrificing driveability that is what Im looking for.

well i have heads similar to this, these flow a little better than mine do, i was going to go for these but then i decided to part out my 83 and sell it, keepin all my fun parts so, i just stuck with the heads i'd bought before.

alot of people like the e-cam, me personally i like the trickflow stage 1 i have in my car now. as for intakes, a cobra intake would be fine for a budget build up. once again i had a intake sitting around and just used it. grab an off-road pipe and run that all year till you go get inspected, it's a whopping 8 bolts to swap it

Default 99 mustang

my 99 mustang I just bought will crank and Idle great, but when you start giving it gas around 3000 rpm it cuts out and then it seems to be starving for gas or something is clogged up
