I just bought my first mustang and was wanting to put some new heads on it. It is a 302 HO and has MSD ignition, BBK cold air, shift kit in auto tranny and flowmaster exhaust. I was wondering what would be the best head and cam to put in it and still be able to pass emissions test. Help me out if you can. Thanks.
Im looking to get around 350-400 rwhp out of the engine. I was thinking of going with gt40 heads but wasnt sure what cam would suit it and keep me from failing emissions.

as long as you have good cats you can pass the sniffer as long as you arent in cali lol.
i pulled my cats off first when i got my car, i keep em stored away so i dont destroy them with the amount of emissions my car prolly puts out now as opposed to stock and also so i dont hit them on speed bumps or dips in the road. they get used once a year. and i pass pretty well. same went with my old fox i didnt even have an egr on that car

what type of modifications do you have to your vehicle? I know there has to be a way. Im trying to make it fun but drive-able. Its got some power with the few mods I have on it now, but Im trying to figure a way to squeeze a many horses out of her before she cant pass those emission laws.
