Default Fuel pump location???

I'm using a Granatelli pickup in tank, Holley HP125 electric pump. I need some suggestions about the pump location. I need the pump inlet and outlet at least as low as the bottom of the tank. I didn't want a sump in the rear of my car so I went this route. If You have pictures of you mounting location I'm wide open to sugestions.

I put mine behind the rear bumper, but that may not be as low as you want it

I need to mount it somewhere in front of the tank. I just need to keep the inlet/outlet about an inch lower than the bottom of the tank or at least level. I want the fuel pump to be able to have a siphon effect that way the pump doesn't have to suck the gas. I may just build a bracket to mount it right in front of the tank. I had even thought ablut mounting it on the rear subframe right but where the ebrake cables make the 90 degree turn just in front of the lower control arm. I'm use to having all kind of room and a full frame to work with. Very limited space to work with

I know someone who mounted theirs to the plastic tank shield with a piece of sheet metal on the inside of the plastic to keep from ripping the bolts through

I ended up mounting it very similar to this. I welded a peice of metal to the flat spot where the old fuel filter bolts up and then bolted it to that. I got it to withing an inch of the bottom of the tank (dont want to drag it off) so I'll be good. I had a time getting that -8an line to exit on top of the tank. I had to beat a small groove into the top of the tank so it wasnt crimped. It's in there no so just have to wire up the relay today and check for leaks. I need to get one more 90 degree fitting to make it just right but I should be able to fire it this afternoon.
