Default aod or t5?

Well ive come to the conclusion that the 3 speed auto that i have now has to go. Its become a real hassle daily driving it with the 4.10s gear is kind of unbearable. So I need over drive, but would i get more enjoyment out of a 5 speed or a built auto?

5 speed. but just get a 2500 dollar daily driver car so your baby can sit in the garage.

Well, i dont have a garage to put it in. Its getting put on a truck and shipped to Ft.Carson CO where it will most likely be parked out side. I enjoy driving it and i couldnt stand to park it.

AOD will be your best bet for auto tranny, but the t-5 will most likely less expensive solution and offer you more get up and go than the AOD will , unless of course you buy a performance aod with a decent stall convertor.

With going to CO, I would suggest getting a t5. Snow sucks with an automatic I think.

A built AOD can handle more power, shifts much quicker, and sometimes harder. A build automatic doesn't have that delay to shift and won't miss a shift

Holy hell, can we say old.....I just got an email saying someone replied to this thread lol Looks like the system is a little screwy...
