Hey everyone im looking to buy a 91 5.0L Mustang. Gt Cobra

This will be my second car! Im only 18 and planning on buying a fox body stang. Working on it and learning more about cars.

The car is being sold for $2,300.

91 mustang 5.0 litre 5 speed gt cobra it has 220000 kilometers runs and drives great the interior is good very strong and fast engine all new brake lines power steering lines newer brakes new clutch duel exhaust.original paint not much rust .car is pretty well all stock. damage to hood and left fender.

why do you say that? You obviously have more knowledge then i do but its just the hood and fender i can replace cheap. and its running good? just exterior needs work. And right now mustangs are so hard to find at this time anywhere around my area. Iv been looking for ever.

Do you think it would be to much work to get it looking okay? or too expensive for me?

 

One more question: If i were to buy it. Whats the max price you think i should pay?

 

well whats 2300 u.s? Im to lazy to convert it. Also it doesnt look to rough, id pop the hood and sure the inner apron isnt all bashed up

 

lol im not too sure. but hes asking 2300 OBO. so im sure i can bring the price down. but im talking 2300 CAD. Which isnt that much of a difference. And what exactly is the inner apron? sorry i dont know these things lol

 

Looks like it will need an assload of work.. Id honestly keep looking. Unless youre sure there isnt anything else wrong with it and you talk the guy down a few hundred and put the rest into new parts for the car

Ok i looked up the inner apron. And yeah ill definitly take a look to see its not bashed in when i take a look tomorrow... and Thanks everyone for posting BTW your helping alot.

yeah Blade there isnt much around.. trust me lol. iv been searching online 24.7 for updates and this is the best iv found. The guy said he will take 1500! and i could go get a used hood, fender, and i would need a rear piece aswell.. Can you guys spot out what else i would need? other then lights obviously.

I just need a car thats running. i dont car about the exterior at the moment cause im gonna work on it and just get pieces from a wreck yard or parts car when i get more money.

If it runs and everything and if there isnt any hidden damage anywhere.. Id say do it. All you need is a new hood, driver fender, driver headlight. It would cost about 200 bucks for all that. Nothing too bad. I bought my car when it looked like a hump of crap but all it took was 50$ of cleaning supplies to make it look alright.

Edit: Also a gt spoiler which shouldnt cost much either
