Default Gas Mileage??

So, Aside from the obvious "get your foot of the throttle" solution. Any ideas as to why I've been getting 10-14mpg city?

Setup is below, I feel like perhaps I may have a leaky injector?? When I run the car for a while, shut it down, and try to start it back up it chokes like the motor is flooded. Ideas?

Could be. Could also be the tune, or the engine build. I'm assuming it's a mostly stock 5.0 with boltons and the Procharger?

Stock long block basically. Everything else is aftermarket. It's a sct flip chip tuned on for summer, or winter. Winter tune gets me like 10-13 mpg city, summer gets me up to 13-17mpg sometimes.

I got 12-14 in my 83 with a c4...no overdrive... driving 70+ on the highway, being stuck in traffic alot after work, and that was with my foot in it alot. What rpms do you normally shift at?
