Default Bogging Down

I have a 1990 Lx with many mods.I just had the engine out over the winter and now that i am driving it again the car seems to idle really rough and at fluctuate between 750-1000rpm. Also every once in a while the car will feel as though it has lost all power and when you hit the gas the car refuses to accelerate and eventually it will "snap" out of it and begin to run fine again. I am running out of ideas so some new thoughts would be a great help....Thanks

Run the codes and see what you come up with first.
