Default A/C question

Is it a good idea to change the orifice tube when changing out a/c compressor?Any help appreciated. Stock 92 gt

if you are changing the a/c compressor because an internal failure occured then yes, you need to and it is molded into the line on a mustang, furthermore if it had an internal failure, you'll need to replace the reciever dryer and flush all remaining lines and evaporator and condensor well.
