Kenne Bell + Extras
So I was just wondering if anyone knows much about the Kenne bell superchargers? I was wondering if I have alot done to a motor already will it run ok if I slap the supercharger on there at like 10 psi? or will I need to do some hardcore tuning?

Most people do ok with the fmu (so i am told) mine has a ping at part throttle and is going to be tuned.
If you have a smaller pulley, I would suggest starting out with it.

I don't really have any pulleys. I was trying to decide between nitrous and a supercharger and I figured I would go with the supercharger but if all the stuff I have one there + the kenne bell wouldn't work right then I can't see the reason getting the supercharger over a bottle.

it could be something wrong with my car causing the problems. Most people seem to do okay with an fmu, that is why they came with a kit.
I don't understand why a car with no vacuum leaks that doesn't throw any codes and has all the injectors balanced would ping at part throttle. Nobody else seems to either.
I gave up and went to upgrading everthing in the fuel and plan on a tune if my maf ever comes in.

hot damn, I found the problem.
I left the fmu lines hooked up after diconnecting vacuum to it. (I didn't see it doing any harm since my fuel pressure wasn't changing with it hooked up) Drove it to the shop today and took off the fmu. Sure enough, the fmu was the problem. Now my pressure is at idle is 39.5psi. and goes up with the hose off. Something it wasn't doing before. Plus the car runs like it is suppose to again.
Since I pin pointed the problem, I don't think you would have any trouble running one with an fmu. Unless you buy this one.lol
I am going the safer route and getting the tune since I already have all the parts.
