i have a 93 lx with about 150,000 miles runs perfect,allways ran synthetic.i am buying a trf intake,trf stage 2,afr 165 heads,scorpion rr 1.6,24 pound inj,bbk 70mm tb,cl maf,mac cold air,off a guy for 3500 canadian.he is not selling till june so i still have time to back out. my other option is a new short block from www.wholesale-engines.com ,completly worked gt-40 cast heads,e cam cobra intake,65 tb,mac cold air,with stock inj and just using an adjustible pressure reg.this other combo will cost the same.the heads had port polish 5 angle and milled.not looking for a race car but just want it fun.any help with my decision would be great.i kinda want to run the first set up till the old block goes,but don't want to risk hurting anything.

 

both so set ups will produce average results, but if it'a a good deal canadian bean wise, it's yor call.

 

Do the first deal and don't look back... Obviously try to work him down on price but even still, the price you'll pay for all that off summit with duty, taxes and echange rate far surpass 3500$. How do I know... I just did it. Good luck!
