those are the same thing. a navi motor is a 5.4. what i use to have mark viii motor

 

What pcm will you be using? I am considering doing a mod project in the future and I am wondering if the Lincoln pcm will be good for tuning. I'd prefer to stay with an early 90s 4.6 like yours and run the Mark VIII PCM because they are non pats.
