The POS will be seeing some more changes but it wont be moving as fast as it was. i bought a hatch car since my parts werent selling and thought i could have a cheap driver. several of the parts for the v8 conversion are coming from the POS and i will be upgrading the parts on it

thankyou.

after seeing the thread bumped i decided to go work on it some. i started taking the dash out and discussing some stuff with jon that will be changed.

the way the radiator is mounted will be changed along with the radiator since the current one is going in the hatch car.

2nd im still not completely sure what trans i want to go in this car. i need to know this so i can somewhat guess what kind of gearing that will in the rear end.

3rd i got a buddy trying to convince me to mini tub it when i start working on the false floor for trunk. if i do that though the rear end has to be shortened along with the axles which is MO money. he keeps saying 325's would just look sick on the car though

Wider rims with more backspace? Wouldn't that work rather than shortening the axle? I think you should mini tub it with all the other goodies, that would just be the cherry on top

I don't remember but are you converting the rear to coil over? If you mini tub it then your shock location has to be moved and I do believe you have to purchase a upper mount for your spring too. But yes having at least 315's in the rear would be nice and that can be achieved without having to tub it.

....also I just remembered that they also have a 9 inch rear. I'm gonna look at their other articles to see if it was a stock dimension setup.....
