Default ford prototype part # conversion

ok i have this valve cover off a 97-98 explorer 5.0. can someone tell me what it means or what i have??? i have the complete motor for this but i would like to know what this # means.

what i can tell the # is XSEBU-5O*T*R*-14274E*-AA

the letters with the * are unidentifiable, but any info would be great

oh ya and on the other side it says HINES in a white marker and Z112598in yellow marker.

as for history, these were unused test motors from the Fort Wayne IN Zollner Piston plant.(closed in 2002?)
