Default What spring rate?

I looking at buying a Team Z k-member set up but I dont know what spring rate to go with. Im heading in a road race/street car direction so I dont want them too soft but I dont know what I should get for good handling but yet a decent ride. They offer rates from 12-100 to 12-200. Im running stange 10 way adjustable struts. The car will soon have a 408 stroker in it.

You should look up a member named 92tealcp and send him an email, 'bout the only one I know on here that's in to roadracing. Wish I was... just no tracks around here,
