Default New here

Hey guys/gals. New here. I am the original owner of my Wild Strawberry Metallic '91 GT. I bought it on May 26, 1991. The car is mostly stock. It has 171k on the clock. It's been the BEST, most reliable car I"ve ever owned. It's gone through it's share of passes down the dragstrip and innumerable street races back in the 90's. Mostly sits in the garage now as it hasn't been a daily driver for nearly ten years. My son and I take it out every now and then to "blow the soot" out of it as my father used to say!! (I brought BOTH of my kids home from the hospital in this car after their birth). I DID buy a GT-40 crate motor for it in the late '90's but never installed it due to how well and strong the car kept running. Ended up selling that to buy a motorcycle!!

Anyway.

Here is the list of mods and status of the car:

Original paint
Engine has never been cracked open or removed. I DID put valve cover gaskets on @ 135K.
EVERYTHING on the car still works!! EVERYTHING!!
Still running original starter and alternator.
Replaced water pump at 140k.
Pro 5.0 shifter
King Cobra Clutch
Three row radiator
2.5" Bassani X-pipe with cats
2.5" Dynomax cat-back
Performance Suspension Technologies polygraphite front-end kit
Monroe Formula GP shocks and struts
FRRP "B" Springs
KYB Quad shocks
Stock amfm cassette and original speakers
Blue hoses
Kept the engine compartment clean since day ONE.

Here are some pics:

Runs PERFECT to this day.

Thanks for your time.

Thank you.

If I'm not misstaken, the out the door price was a tad over $18k, or something in that neighborhood. Funny, in March of 1984 I bought a brand-r-new, '84 SVO Mustang and it was $16k!!
