Does anyone know if I can just cut the sensor wires out of the harness? I don't want the airbag sensors. I also do not want to do something wrong by cutting the wires and then causing the bags to go off when connecting the battery. I've got no idea how the system works. All of my harnesses are cut open as I'm hiding/removing/changing things around. There won't just be two ugly snipped wires there.

so ive convinced you to hide some wires?!!? lol, i think it looks F'in amazing with wires hidden. i love just seeing motor only

Does anyone know FOR SURE what I can do to eliminate the Airbag and the Airbag sensors?

I just deleted my air bags. I got deletes for the driver/passenger air bags, pulled my module and sensors, and sold it all on ebay for almost 300. I just cut all my sensor connectors and crap. If the airbag light is on no matter what its on for the airbags won't deploy, and cutting sensors will cause the light to be on so you won't have to worry about them going off, just as a precaution cut them when the batteries out.

My battery is out... So you are saying I can go ahead and cut the sensors out, while leaving the air bags in place. They will not blow when reconnecting the battery?

nope. if you are really nervous about it take your air bag out and cut the wire for that too while the batteries out.

Well, I took the sensors and brackets out of the radiator support. Each weighs a good 1.5 lbs... They came out with their wires and connectors, but the main harness wires will be cut so there aren't random connectors going to nothing.

The passenger side bag will be coming out, but I have no clue on how to safely get the drivers side bag out of the steering wheel. I love my steering wheel and will not molest it...

The stock motor mount studs broke off with the bolts... I wasn't going to use them anyway. Prothane motor mounts are going in.

I got the driver's side started. It's going pretty well.

The passenger side after a bit of paint and the fuel vapor system back in.
