Some good tires for the rear.
I doubt if there will be enoght left fot H/C/I/.
Go for the heads.........

i wouldnt mind some tires but the question is whats the best bang for buck for tires, lets say if i get the 4:10 gears how wide can i go on the rear? and what heads whould you guys suggest, if not intake?

430 gears, 28" tall drag radial, the rest spent on suspension. you'll thank me later when you hit a high 12 without touching your motor.

If I had $2k it would be subframe connectors, gear, h/c/i..
Or save another $1K and get a sv650.

Skip the cam and H/C/I. Go BOOST!!! You can find some good used superchargers for cheap over on the Corral, especially for the Fox Mustang.

Rear Gears- 3.73 if you drive on the highway
Clutch or Torque Converter- if you planning on racing it, TC helps for drag racing launches
Cam and Valvesprings- E303
OR
Save up a little more and buy a centrifugal supercharger.
