3dCarbon 691017 05-09 Ford Mustang Ram Air Style Hood Scoop on a fox body hood?
I have the fox body 1990 GT (black)and i've been wanting to mount a hood scoop on. I know i would have to drill the mounting holes but will the curve of my hood accomodate the curve of the 3dCarbon 691017 05-09(top right) hood scoop. My friend mounted the 99-2004 version scoop(bottom right) to his Fox body hood and it looks good. BUT the one I'm asking about(top right) is bigger and I want "yalls" opinion. THANKS. I hope i'm on the right board.

My friends looks great on his fox body......the 2000 version scoop that is. Just wondering about the bigger one. Thanks for your opinion.. I have to agree about the sn. just using that picture to show one of the scoops im contimplating(sp?)

To tell you the truth I really don't think there is really any scoop that looks all that great on a aero fox (87-93). I have thought about putting the 79-82GT scoop I have on my 83 onto my 93 but it just seems out of place to me. Fivepointohh has it on his coupe and it looks ok but I am back and forth on the subject. 87+ foxes are more made for cowl hoods. There are others too but thats just my opinion. By the way sn-95 is for the 95-98 stangs.
