Default anyone actually fix the BBK TB "stick"

the initial stick of this 70mm BBK TB is really startin to **** me off.. its hard to just start off easy as you need to apply a decent amount of pressure just to get the damn thing to start opening. after that its real easy to move. also while cruising im constantly having to blip the throttle or it kinda acts like cruise control.. hanging around 2k rpm.

so did anyone actually fix this issue before? ive heard its a common problem with these bbk tb as well as the whistle but i already fixed that.

i was thining about trying to lube the throttle cable but i couldnt seem to find anywhere to actually spray inside the cable casing.. any ideas on that?

thanx guys

unscrew the butterfly plate and remove it.

gently sand down the edges, round them out

if you look inside, you should be able to see where its getting hung up, I know my new 75mm did it

bored out the IAC opening. there was a lot of sharp edges and roughness causing the whistle
