i would ask for the number, call them up and let them know its not for sale. It wouldnt be leaving the driveway while i was still alive.

+1

My girlfriend's uncle gave her a old Torino for free when she was 16. Her mom sold it while she was at school one day for like $200.

It had super low mile's and was one of there better model's. She dident even get to drive the thing but a few time's but she misses it still to this day.

dont sell it for something so petty unless the thing is a rust bucket or has way more problem's then just the rearend.

haha yeah man im not gonna buy a camaro!

Im Pro 5.0 for life!!

lol yeah my dad sold it for 750. And tbh theres no way i could have got more. The rust is right threw the doors, quater pannels, and one fender.. and above the wind shield.

Theres previous body filler in there thats gone to **** and rusting threw.. The passenger door leaks, the fuel gauge isnt working, theres no rear end with possible frame damage, and rhe under body is rusted to **** as well..

Oh and the car has 290,000Km on it.. And when the guy towed it away i saw a huge oil leak on my floor lol.. And my car never leaked oil before the crash..

So with all that said i think i got the best deal out of the situation lol!

Oh and the interior was stained and filled with dog hair from the previous owner that i could never get out of the seats, 2 front seats were broken lol.. They went forward on thier own and the springs in my drivers seat were fked so my seat was always leaning to the right and a chip in wind shield. I think the only good thing he got out of the car was a new battery and 3 pony rims lmao

sucks that it had to go, but as long as you are happy with what you got. Hopefully your next 5.0 is a little more solid...

But yeah i am happy that i got money out of it. Iv learned a few big lessons from this. And my next 5.0 will be a way different story

yeah for sure lol. The body work that needed to be done on it wasnt worth it.. Im pretty sure the guy who bought it will end up tossing it.. Unless he wants to spend a sht load or has a year to do it himself lol. There probably more rust then metal
