Default 4 Eye Carb or Later Efi?

What do you guys think? Im looking to buy a 5.0 Again since i crashed and lost my last one.

I really like 4 eye carbed 5.0s and iv wanted a carbed car for a while since thier easier to work with..

But whats more reliable? More power? Ect.. What would be the smarter choice?

Can carbs make just as much power as EFI? This is going to be my DD and im only 18. So its not gonna be some 9 second nos spraying killer lol BUT it will be a bolt on mod car with gears exhaust h/c/i ect.

Being in Ontario you also have to know how to tune that carb if you are going to be driving in the winter time.

I haven't experienced it personally but, everyone and I mean EVERYONE with carbs on there cars and lawnmowers around here have had trouble with the ethonal in gas eating through seals (or whatever) and causing gas leaks out of them.

being in ontario go 87 or older= no drive clean seeing as they have gotten rid of the rolling 20 rule. i personally would look oir an 85-86 as its my favorite fox body style, and go with carb for the cheaper build cost.

Yea and that has nothing to do with this subject. There are special carbs out there for E85 FYI.

I know it is an easy fix, all the one I saw this week had to get fixed was the glass bulbs on the side.
