Hahaha.. I hear you there. I can go buy like 10 decent foxes for 1500 here and take them to canada and sell them like cotton candy for 4000$ a piece!

yeah its true.. I went and looked at the car today and i fell in love lol. That sound of a Carbed, BBK long tube headers, NO Cats, Off road H pipe, 2 1/2 flow master mufflers .. OHH MY it sounded amazing.. The rough idle of like 600 rpm..!!

Anyways It sounded good, Engine bay was mint clean, Car has tons of new parts ect. Underneath was clean. Interior was clean. New tires on the cobra rims..

THE BAD:

Bit of rust in the hatch
Weather strip on door needs to be replaced
The paint isnt 100% mint. There used to be a blue strip running over the car and he took it off some how so u can sorta see the strip line on the floor.

I would be getting the car painted anyways in the future but yeah..

atleast the actual body is rust free. Which is good in canada i guess. lol. I know in US that price is very high for a decent fox but for you guys in canada its probably a steal lol.

Id give him a lowball offer then look around at some of the other foxes you find. I looked at 4 foxes before i made the choice of 1

It has a ton of miles on it. He is definitely asking too much for it. I have seen better examples for a similar price but with under 80k miles on it. One recently sold in Chicago for $1900. It was a 1988 Mustang GT 5.0 five speed. It was in amazing condition. It sold the same day it came out on Craigslist.

I like the notch better....has more potential. If you are going to paint the one anyway, why not make the better buy, get the notch and re paint it.

thats a good point.. The notch is cheaper and i think its in better condition on the outside. Just it would need emissions and i cant get an off road H pipe with it.. and iv always loved how carb cars sound :P

The money you would save by buying the notch, you could buy those mods you want. And the Notch would be worth more when you are done...just my 2 cents

Im stuck in the choice lol.. Does anyone know how bad carbs are in the winter? I Dont think ill actually drive the 5.0 in the winter.. it would be to dangerous here in canada so i dont think it will matter too much about it being carbed..
