Default Lowering Springs? Adjustable shocks/struts

hey guys need a little advice, i am looking to buy lowering springs and shocks and struts for my 87 notchback. what do you guys recommend? i know adjustable shocks and struts are much more expensive are they worth it and what brand is recommended? i was looking at the eibach springs? are they good and if so which ones should i go with. what is the difference? thanks mike

whats your goals for the car? just goign looks/handling? lowering springs would work great.


as for adj shocks/struts strange engineering is second to none in that department. eibach also makes great springs.

thanks for the info, i am really just goin for looks, the handling is a nice benefit. i was thinking adjustable shocks/struts for the trips to the track. where is the best place to buy springs shocks and struts? thanks mike

Would tokico D-specs be better for handling though?

I'm more of a handling guy. I like to shut up the people at the bimmerforums.
