Default Are e7's symmetrical?

Are these heads symmetrical and because of that universal?

The spark plugs go the same direction(angled towards front on pass side and angled towards rear on drivers side).

The bolt holes and junk are symmetrical

There's an EGR port on the front AND back of the heads?

no. spark plug direction is towards the rear on both heads, all emissions junk is on the rear.

Then why do my heads have emission ports on both the front and the back? I was told the front holes have a plug with smaller threads inside of it.

My plugs did not both go towards the rear on my stock heads. The passenger side plugs go towards the front. I'll post some pics when I go home.

You're not running e7's if your plugs are all facing the same direction.
