Default What's it worth.

Long story short, I had a 93 GT stock bottom, Holley systemax kit, long tubes, 30lb f/i, 210 lph, afpr, tremec t3550, 3.73:1, off-road short h-pipe, 77mm maf, 75mm t/b, and have probably forgotten alot more. I snapped the crank 5 years or so ago and sold the entire car to a friend of mine.
Since then he bought a new block, forged rotating assembley 347 stroker kit, double roller t-chain set, and completely assembled the engine. The car is not put together now but the engine is and I have the opportunity to buy it back for $4k. Car has been garaged 5 years and is mint.
I met my wife in this vehicle and there are some memories there and even she wants it back. Question is.... What is it worth?

4k seems like a pretty good deal, especially with the new block. Value depends on the miles, but I'd guesstimate for a '93 GT hatch with 100,000 miles the value would be around 5k. Add the value of the mods and the new engine parts and so on.... you get the idea...

Thanks for the response, 4K seemed reasonable to me as well. I know he's got atleast that in the bottom end with parts and machine work.

not a bad price but a forged rotating assembly in a stock block if so be the case is a waste

I have some photos of it at home when it was mine, nothing digital though.
White with red tweed-like interior, I hated red interior until this car.
