I would run TFS High Port Aluminum for the detonation suppresion,The onl manifold I have used is the TFS street burner on NMRA Real Street car.

 

Trickflow Tw heads, Trickflow Stg-1 cam, Cobra intake w/ported lower and 12psi = 475rwhp easily. The Cobra intake will really retain your low torque output. This H/C/I combo will give you a great street torque curve and provide you with good top end power, even prior to a poweradder. Ask me how I know
