No not even close at the crank. Look at it this way. I am running stock ported heads, cam, intake, headers and blower pushing 15 psi and barley make 400 at the wheels. To make what he claims and still be N/A, you would need a 347 stroker with good after market heads and a matched cam and all the other bolt on goodies.
