Default Ignition

I'm put together an ignitions for my 5.0l what all will i need like what a good setup for street/strip. I would like to redo my whole ignition so what all will I need like coils and stuff

1986 Mustang LX 5.0L conversion it was a 3.8 V6 but my GF's dad sold me a motor and tranny with only 47,000K. The motor is out of a 90-91 crown vic i have computer and harness, and all sensors. can i still use this setup right here.

If I can, will the adapter harness hook right into the crowns harness or what.

stock ignition is fine for now. you wont see any power increase by installing that on a stock motor.
