how do I fix the window gap between the 1/4 window and the door windows

there is a gap, enough to slip paper through that for as long as I can remember has been annoying me.

the 1/4 glass to door glass seals are brand new, do my doors need to be adjusted? or do I need to rebuild my window tracks?

the car has huge air leaks from that area.

I can get pics tonight or tomorrow (its pouring out)

these gaps do allow some rain to sprinkle past, but no huge leaks

 

Do your doors sag on the car ? If you pick up on the bottom of the door and can lift the door upwards quite a bit you may need to redo your door pins and bushings. That would help with the door sagging and bring it back into alignment.
